NAME YOUR PRICE.
Business help. Your budget. Our expertise.
No obligation. No complicated packages. No pressure.
Have something you need done but don't need—or can't afford—a traditional consultant, employee, or agency?
Tell us what you need. Tell us what you're willing to pay. We'll review it and let you know if we can make it work.
THE CONCEPT
Not every business problem needs a $5,000 consultant. Sometimes you just need an experienced person to step in and:
Figure it out.
Organize it.
Fix it.
Write it.
Research it.
Coordinate it.
Get it done.
That's what this is for.
You tell us what you need and what you can afford.
We'll determine whether we can accomplish it within your budget.
We may:
ACCEPT YOUR PRICE
If the project and budget make sense, we'll get started.
ADJUST THE SCOPE
If your budget is smaller than the project, we'll see what can realistically be accomplished.
COUNTER YOUR PRICE
If more time or expertise is required, we'll tell you what we'd need to take it on.
DECLINE
Some projects aren't a fit. We'll tell you honestly.
WHAT CAN WE HELP WITH? BRING US YOUR TO-DO LIST.
You don't have to know exactly what service you need. If there's something sitting on your desk that you keep saying "I need to get this done," send it our way.

DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU NEED?
THAT'S OKAY.
You don't have to know what to call the service.
Tell us what's happening.
For example:
"My business is growing and everything is becoming chaotic."
"I have 10 things I've been putting off and don't know where to start."
"I need someone to look at our process and figure out why it's taking so long."
"I have a project that's completely disorganized."
"I need something researched but don't have time to do it."
"I know what I want done, but I don't know how to get there."
Describe the problem in plain English.
We'll figure out what kind of help makes sense.

WHY TRUST US?
EXPERIENCE MATTERS.
This isn't bargain-basement freelancing.
The work is backed by 20+ years of professional experience across operations, project management, executive support, financial services, healthcare technology, communications, pharmaceuticals, property management, and entrepreneurship.

-
Business transformation
-
Regulatory and compliance projects
-
Digital and technology initiatives
-
Vendor and stakeholder coordination
-
Executive administration
-
Business research and analysis
The goal isn't to sell you hours.
It's to use experience to help you solve the problem.
01
TELL US WHAT YOU NEED
Complete the short request form.
Tell us what you're trying to accomplish, what needs to be done, and any important deadlines.
02
NAME YOUR PRICE
Tell us what you're comfortable paying.
It could be:
$50
$100
$250
$500
$1,000
There's no required package or minimum project size.
03
WE REVIEW IT
We'll look at the request, the scope, your budget, and the timeline.
04
WE RESPOND
We'll either:
-
ACCEPT your price
-
COUNTER with a different price
-
ADJUST the scope to fit your budget
or
-
DECLINE if it's not something we can take on.
05
GET IT DONE
If we agree, we'll confirm the scope, price, deliverables, and timeline before any work begins.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
FOR BUSINESSES THAT NEED AN EXTRA SET OF EXPERIENCED HANDS.
This can be especially useful for:
Small business owners
who need help but aren't ready for another employee.
Entrepreneurs
who have more ideas and tasks than time.
Executives
who need someone to take a project or problem off their plate.
Startups
that need experienced operational support without a large consulting commitment.
Busy professionals
who have a project they've been putting off.
Businesses between employees or contractors
that need temporary help getting something across the finish line.

THE FINE PRINT
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW.
Your price isn't automatically accepted.
"Name your price" means we'll consider your offer—not that every request will be accepted at every price.
Scope matters.
If the project is larger than your budget allows, we'll suggest a smaller scope or make a counteroffer.
Everything is agreed upon before work begins.
You'll know the price, scope, deliverables, and expected timeline before you commit.
No long-term commitment is required.
Projects can be one-time assignments or, when appropriate, ongoing support.
Some requests simply won't be a fit.
That's okay. We'll tell you rather than promise something we can't deliver.
